Here is a short descriptions about each book:
John Muir Wilderness Essays - I'm sure we all know who John Muir is, and this book is a collection of his wilderness essays, "ranging in subject matter from Alaska to Yellowstone, from Oregon to the High Sierra." A look inside the intimate thoughts and connection that John Muir had with nature.
Wild - Cheryl Strayed's book Wild is about her personal story with struggles and finding herself on a journey that changed her, The Pacific Crest Trail. Through hiking over thousands of miles, alone, Cheryl became a new woman. "Wild powerfully captures the terrors and pleasures of one young woman forging ahead against all odds on a journey that maddened, strengthened, and ultimately healed her."
Tracks -Tracks is a memoir about a woman who treks 1700 miles of Australian Outback with only 4 camels and her dog to keep her company. "Tracks is the compelling, candid story of her odyssey of discovery and transformation. "
